This project implements Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) coupled with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Design for Manufactured Assembly (DfMA) to enhance productivity, shorten construction timelines, and elevate built quality and workplace safety. At 191 meters, and built with over 3000 prefabricated modules, the building achieves approximately 40 percent productivity savings compared to conventional methods. This innovation in logistics and construction efficiency also integrates landscaped sky gardens within the high-rise, overcoming engineering challenges to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
