About Bank Apartments

Situated on a triangular plot in Melbourne’s Central Business District, the Bank Apartments take advantage of the unique site and context. An original, two-story historical bank building (designed by an honored Australian architect, William Godfrey) was located on the corner of the plot, which was preserved and incorporated into the design of the podium.

This luxury rental and condominium building has a variety of amenities serving its occupants, including a 25 meter swimming pool, roof deck, sauna, lounge, business center, meeting rooms, and a shared car service. To reach a Six Star energy efficiency rating in the NABERS rating system, the tower implemented sustainable solutions and took advantage of its north-facing site. Rainwater collection tanks serve the pool and irrigation systems.
