The site's constraints became assets, leading to excellent mass transit access, efficient service areas, and a V-shaped office plan surrounding an 11-story daylit atrium. Users enter into a welcoming lobby with high-quality materials of wood, marble, and translucent glass which lead to the atrium space. Exemplifying heightened wellness through innovative office planning, the design facilitated optimal daylighting and views and reduced the need for electrical lighting throughout.
