Utilizing a mass timber structure, the 10-story building acted as model for innovative structural solutions which included the Timber-Concrete Composite slab band. This structural innovation consists of 7-ply Cross-Laminated Timber panels topped with concrete used on levels 2 to 8, supported by meticulously positioned glulam columns. Steel-braced cores provide lateral stability, chosen for their slim profile, ductility, and seismic resilience, complementing the timber elements in the building's design.
