The V&A Waterfront is a 300 acre property with over 5 million sq. ft. of development. The recently completed Silo District in the heart of the V&A Waterfront houses the internationally acclaimed Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA).

The V&A Waterfront Management Company administers all business and operational aspects, including development, tenanting and leasing, security, maintenance, retail, industrial, marketing and administration.

The V&A’s current shareholders are Growthpoint and the Government Employee Pension Fund represented by the Public Investment Corporation.
