Founded in Shenzhen in 1996, Excellence Group has been promoted to one of China's outstanding urban integrated operators, creating a development model of "comprehensive development + holding and operation". In 1998, as the first residential project of the Excellence Group, Excellence Côte d'Azur injected professional and innovative ideas into the development model of China's large community.
