CSSC Complex Property Co.,Ltd was formed by CITIC Limited and CSSC in 2005. It is a project company, which lead to development in Harbour city project. Harbour city is built on Shanghai shipyard’s old site which was founded in 1862. It has been an icon of Shanghai shipbuilding industry for more than a century. In order to build a high-quality 1.36 million square meters metropolis complex, many internationally renowned design teams are invited to carry out planning and architectural design.
The project includes: 8 high-rise financial office buildings, whose customers are regional headquarters of international Banks and other financial institutions; the 140,000 M2 commercial landmark GALA BAY , which provides everything for city life and leads the artistic lifestyle in a metropolis; the 27,000 M2 Art center and SHIPYARD 1862, which were transformed from old shipyard facilities; 11,500 M2 luxury residence NOVE MANSION; 61,000 M2 high-end facility Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
