In January 2021, ten departments, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Central Political and Legal Commission, and the Central Civilization Office, jointly issued the Notice on Strengthening and Improving the Management of Residential Properties, clearly encouraging qualified property service enterprises to extend to the fields of pension, childcare, housekeeping, culture, health, housing brokerage, express delivery and receiving, explore the "property service + life service" model, accelerate the development of the property service industry, promote the upgrading of property services to high quality and diversification, and meet the growing needs of the people for a better living life.

As a property service enterprise, in recent years, Shimao Service has closely followed national policies, comprehensively promoted the construction of a quarter-hour convenient living circle in the city, and promoted the "property service + life service" and "property service + elderly care service" model.
