The Pakubuwono Residence creates a new standard for luxury living in Jakarta. It is inspired by the 1950’s Art Deco history and tradition of the Kebayoran Baru district. Being located in the prime residential area of South Jakarta, it is only five to ten minutes apart from the Jakarta Central Business District. The Pakubuwono Residence is expressed in 5 distinguished 24–storey towers placed on 4.2 hectares of land where only about 7400 square meters occupied by structure. The remaining 80 % of the land is developed into lush landscape areas reflecting the modern luxurious lifestyle.

Please note that all heights shown in italics/red are estimated heights. These have been calculated based on known floor counts for the building, then extrapolated through analyzing typically hundreds of buildings of the same function on this database that do have confirmed heights. The user should be aware that non-standard building features, such as significant spires or raised entrances / podiums, may affect the accuracy of these estimations.
