About Al Faisal Tower

The design of Al Faisal Tower comprises a structural concrete core on either side of a suspended, curving geometric prism which houses the office spaces. The services and vertical circulation are housed in the lateral cores, allowing for an open floor plate of 670 square meters. The top four floors are designed as executive office spaces with an average of 643 square meters of unobstructed open space. The executive offices visually connect the two cores at the crown of the building, while the office “prism” sits above a dramatic void over the lobby at the base of the building and another void below the executive offices.

The expansive lobby at ground level is characterized by a large double-height glazed entry way which is supported by steel tube members. The remaining space is spanned with a structural concrete waffle slab, giving rhythm to the large area, which includes reception, a café, and rentable retail space.
