About Elite Residence

Elite Residence is made up of luxury apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom penthouses. Situated on the Dubai Marina, panoramic views are offered of the surrounding landscape including the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

The program includes fully equipped sports and recreational facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, billiards and table tennis rooms, a multi-function room, a separate children’s play area, and retail facilities.

Safety was a major concern for the building, so high-tech systems were designed for the protection of the residents. Fire detection and suppression systems, as well as a sophisticated emergency communications network, helps to prevent threats to safety.
