About Zen Apartments

Charged with creating a residential oasis in the heart of the Central Business District, the design for Zen was based on eastern aesthetics and qualities of tranquility and peace. The exterior manifestation for the tower involves an eastern motif at the podium and a lantern-like crown at the top, lending a distinctly Asian influence to the project.

To address issues of efficiency, the building is divided into two segments of residences: “Harmony” residences on the lower floors and “Zen” on the higher floors. At the lobby level, two separate entrances accommodate this distinction, where separate elevators serve each zone.

The tower’s site is relatively narrow, which resulted in a somewhat slender tower form. This, however, allows more daylight to penetrate into the interior spaces.
