Founded in 2005, Jinan Hi-tech Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group) is a state-owned enterprise wholly-owned by Jinan Innovation Zone in Jinan, Shandong Province, China. The Group functions as a financing and construction entity for the Zone, and is mainly responsible for zonal development and operation, public utilities assurance, asset operation management and industrial and financial investment. With “Developing the Innovation Zone, Build a new city of dreams” as its mission, the Group strives to be a world-class Hi-tech and innovation zone operator.
Main business of the group can be summarized as “One body and two wings”, One Body refers to the general zonal development, and Two Wings represent its Real-Estate development and Financial investment. Meanwhile, the Group proactively involves in the operation of state-owned asset and infrastructure construction, investment and financing by holding, investing and entrusting 70 plus companies.
While guaranteeing the development of the Innovation Zone, the Group proactively pursues institutional and commercial innovation and has always maintained a good momentum of development. The Group has scored a compound annual growth rate of 15% in regard of total asset, share-holder’s equity and turnover.
