The story of the Aviv Group first met the ground in 1963, when the company was founded by the late Moshe Aviv. The Group began its journey as an executing contractor and initiated groundbreaking projects that reverberated far and wide thanks to its construction qualities and advanced work methods. From the very beginning, the company envisioned a new vision in the Israeli construction landscape and began to embroider, initiate and build under one roof. Since then, the Group has accumulated expertise in the initiation and construction of complex and large-scale engineering projects for residential, commercial, public construction and infrastructure in Israel and abroad, and it has become one of Israel's leading and oldest real estate companies.
