The Design Engineer is usually involved in the front end design, typically taking the leadership role in the Schematic Design and Design Development, and then a monitoring role through the CD and CA phases.
Other Consultant refers to other organizations which provided significant consultation services for a building project (e.g. wind consultants, environmental consultants, fire and life safety consultants, etc).
These are firms that consult on the design of a building's façade. May often be referred to as "Cladding," "Envelope," "Exterior Wall," or "Curtain Wall" Consultant, however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Façade Consultant" exclusively.
Material Supplier refers to organizations which supplied significant systems/materials for a building project (e.g. elevator suppliers, facade suppliers, etc).

Yantai Shimao Number 1 The Harbor is the centerpiece of a complex of towers built collectively near the Yantai city waterfront, featuring a five star hotel, apartments and commercial office buildings with expansive sea views. The design of the complex reintegrates the local area with the waterfront while creating a skyline identity for the coastal city.
The signature Number 1 building is linked to a shared retail podium with 3 other residential towers and rises to 59 stories. The uppermost floors are made up of a series of setbacks forming a crown which culminates into a single spire. The structure is a composite featuring a concrete core with perimeter columns and floorplates framed with steel. The tower is then clad in a sleek curtain wall of blue glass. The tower has a hexagonal form with a longer orientation facing towards a waterfront park, maximizing ocean views. Upon completion, the Number 1 Harbor tower became Yantai’s first supertall building.
