25 years of focus, passion, and enthusiasm for Nashville’s central business district has produced numerous firsts for the community: the first high-rise apartments, the first high-rise condominiums, the first modern urban grocery store.
They have overseen historical preservation and developed over 1,100 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail, and thousands of parking spaces. Their developments have introduced live to the work and play previously found in the city’s central business district.
They now envision a next generation of towers that significantly raise the bar in Nashville — inspiring civic pride and further elevating our great city. They believe a healthy urban core is essential to a city's vibrancy and vitality.
