Founded in spring of 2001, their two offices in Los Angeles and Taipei practice structural engineering with projects around the globe, including the USA, China, Taiwan, Korea, Cambodia, Dubai, and Ukraine. In spring of 2008, they opened their office in Shanghai.

Along with GDS Architects in Pasadena, they were awarded first prize in an international design competition sponsored by the Korea Land Company that attracted over 146 entries from 46 countries for one of the tallest observation towers in the world located just outside Seoul.
